Supervise all the activities in the hostel including upkeep of the facility and health and hygiene, safety and security, and general wellbeing of the students.
Ensure the hostel environment is academically conducive, socially healthy and disciplined. No unauthorized person will have access to the facility.
Ensure no illegal activities are held involving our students or staff in the hostel premises.
Ensure the hostel facilities are not misused or damaged. Ensure repair and maintenance.
Keep daily attendance and hostel occupancy record. Send weekly report to the Hostel.
Resolve day-to-day issues of the hostel and keep log of all complaints made by students and follow up with the Hostel Manager for corrective measures.
ü Ensuring that the overall ambience of the hostel premises remains worth living.
Take appropriate action against the misbehavior and disciplinary issues of the students.
Complete administrative tasks such as reports, filing incidents and record keeping.
Reinforce university’s ethos, policies and regulations and also state and city laws.
In case of emergency or leave of the students or staff, ensure timely communication with Manager Hostel and immediate arrangements.
