The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SOP's of Quality Control while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves supervising laboratory testing activities, applying root cause analysis to address quality issues, and validating analytical methods to guarantee accuracy and reliability. The manager will also be in charge of documentation, reporting, and ensuring adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to drive process improvements and uphold the integrity of quality control operations at Hafiz Pharma Industry.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis on quality deviations and implement effective corrective actions.
- Oversee laboratory testing procedures to ensure consistent product quality and reliability.
- Ensure full compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Compliance standards.
- Validate analytical methods to support accurate and reproducible testing results.
- Manage and maintain Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to streamline data management and reporting.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation and reports relating to quality control activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and quality processes.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update quality procedures accordingly to maintain compliance.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure that all quality control operations comply with company policies and industry best practices.
