Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and inquiries
Provide clear and accurate information about (Visit Visa's , Overseas Employment and Study broad )
Assist clients in understanding application processes, required documents, and service details
Maintain a professional and friendly tone while communicating with clients
Keep records of daily interactions and follow-up tasks
Coordinate with the operations team for updates and client support
Ensure high-quality customer experience at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications.
Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office
Strong customer-handling skills and a positive attitude
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Confident, well-groomed, and professional personality
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
