Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and inquiries

  • Provide clear and accurate information about (Visit Visa's , Overseas Employment and Study broad )

  • Assist clients in understanding application processes, required documents, and service details

  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone while communicating with clients

  • Keep records of daily interactions and follow-up tasks

  • Coordinate with the operations team for updates and client support

  • Ensure high-quality customer experience at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications.

  • Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office

  • Strong customer-handling skills and a positive attitude

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Confident, well-groomed, and professional personality

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks

  • Fresh candidates are welcome to apply

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus (but not mandatory)
