Internal External Communication:
· Internal (Dial number for any extension when required)
· External (Receive calls and transfer on designated extensions/ note down message for senior management and communicate accordingly)
· Maintenance of all telephone lines within plant {Coordination with vendors (PTCL, Nayatel and Panazone)}
2. Aquafina Call Center (19Litr Bottle):
· Order Placement
· Order Delivery
· Customer Queries
· Customer Satisfaction Survey
· Complaints Handling
· Maintaining Record in Database
3. Complaint Cell:
· Responding customer queries
· Complaint Management (registration till resolution follow up with respective SM’s or RSM’s)
· Maintaining Record/Summaries for higher management
Note:
· Shift duties morning & evening
· 11 to 12 hours job as and when required by HOD
· Can do attitude must be appreciated on any other job assigned by HOD
