 Internal External Communication:

  • Internal (Dial number for any extension when required)
  • External (Receive calls and transfer on designated extensions/ note down message for senior management and communicate accordingly)
  • Maintenance of all telephone lines within plant {Coordination with vendors (PTCL, Nayatel and Panazone)}

Aquafina Call Center (19Litr Bottle):

  • Order Placement
  • Order Delivery
  • Customer Queries
  • Customer Satisfaction Survey
  • Complaints Handling
  • Maintaining Record in Database

 Complaint Cell:

  • Responding customer queries
  • Complaint Management
  • Maintaining Record/Summaries for higher management
