o Market Intelligence regarding Market Share, Trends, Analysis, Availability, Competition Activities etc. And communicate the same timely and accurately to seniors for better monitoring and controls.
o Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e. Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage etc.
o Supervise/monitor the Stocks transactions at all levels against Planning and Forecasting.
o Distribution Management through via software to ensure the proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KBI’s, GTM, GTD, Inventory Management etc.
o Zone / Area Management through Geographic Analysis, Potential Estimation, Infrastructure Analysis, Coverage Analysis and Call Frequency Analysis.
