- Ensure the availability and implementation of all relevant standards and work instructions at each workstation.
- Authorize and evaluate any material, part, or process changes, including the execution of approved engineering changes.
- Lead initiatives for part, product, and process improvement to enhance operational quality.
- Collaborate with the NPI (New Product Introduction) team for smooth model launches and proper standard implementation.
- Identify reasons for rework and rejection in manufacturing and general assembly; develop and apply corrective actions.
- Analyze top market issues and implement countermeasures on the production floor.
- Conduct on-the-job training sessions to strengthen staff capabilities in quality and process handling.
- Verify first samples at all production stations and conduct daily finished goods audits with improvement action plans.
