We are looking for mid-level to senior android developer for our startup compnay in Lahore Gulberg |||.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Create large-scale Android applications, services & architectures
- Create out of the box mobile experiences
- Innovate the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release & support) Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
- Design interfaces for exceptional user experience
- Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
Job Eligibility
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the Play Store
- Prior 2 years work experience as an Android Mobile developer
- Proficient in Java
- Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
- Eclipse or Android Studio
- Java, C++ with NDK is a plus
- XML Layout Markup
- UI Automator Tests, Exerciser Monkey, Unit Tests
Other Experience Requirements:
- Able to deploy applications to Android app store
- In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
- Push Notifications, Remote and Local
- Saving to local storage such as sqlite, core data, settings, etc
- Can integrate third-party SDKs such as facebook, Linkedin, and PayPal.
- Can execute a design mockup to interface using XML or designer tools built into each environment.
- Understands background operations, and threads
- Networking such as calling out to REST services and WebSockets
- A clear understanding of limitations, the performance of animations, data processing, and effects
- Knows about app store limitations and requirements for Apple App Store or Google Play such as export laws, encryption, the privacy of data, insecure data, etc
- Must have the ability to follow through, with attention to detail
