Hair Look Aesthetics is seeking a qualified Dermatologist to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in clinical dermatology and holds an MBBS degree with specialization or certification in dermatology such as FCPS, MCPS, or a diploma. This role demands a professional who can provide expert diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns. The Dermatologist will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans addressing conditions like acne, pigmentation, melasma, scars, and hair loss while ensuring excellent patient care, consultation, and counseling. Maintaining clinic hygiene, safety standards, and thorough patient records is essential to support effective treatment outcomes. The position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, with preference given to candidates familiar with aesthetic procedures including PRP, laser therapies, chemical peels, fillers, Botox, and skin rejuvenation techniques. This position is designed for a motivated professional who thrives in a clinical environment focused on enhancing patient wellness and cosmetic outcomes. While the role does not involve managing a team, it requires proactive collaboration with other clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are necessary to build trust and rapport with patients. The Dermatologist must adhere strictly to medical protocols and regulations, upholding the highest standards of patient safety and treatment efficacy at Hair Look Aesthetics.Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose skin, hair, and aesthetic conditions accurately.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for dermatological and cosmetic concerns, considering both medical and aesthetic perspectives.
- Administer treatments for common skin issues such as acne, pigmentation disorders, melasma, scars, and hair fall using evidence-based approaches.
- Perform aesthetic procedures including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, laser treatments, chemical peels, dermal fillers, Botox injections, and skin rejuvenation with precision and care.
- Provide detailed patient consultations to explain diagnoses, treatment options, potential outcomes, and aftercare instructions clearly and empathetically.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and monitor treatment progress through regular follow-ups to assess efficacy and make necessary adjustments.
- Uphold clinic hygiene, safety, and medical protocols consistently to ensure a sterile and secure treatment environment for all patients.
- Collaborate effectively with clinic staff to coordinate patient care and support clinic operations without direct team management responsibilities.
- Stay current with advancements in dermatology and aesthetic medicine by actively engaging in professional development and training opportunities.
- Counsel patients on skincare regimens, lifestyle adjustments, and preventive measures to promote long-term skin health and aesthetic satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including maintaining valid PMDC/PMC registration and adhering to ethical medical practices.
