Hair Look Aesthetics is seeking a skilled Plastic Surgeon with expertise in surgical techniques and aesthetic procedures to join our esteemed medical team. The ideal candidate holds an MBBS degree, with preferred specialization in Plastic Surgery or equivalent qualifications such as FCPS or MS. This role requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably with a background in cosmetic, aesthetic, or reconstructive procedures. The Plastic Surgeon will conduct thorough assessments of patients, develop appropriate treatment plans, and perform both minor and major surgical interventions focused on facial aesthetics, body contouring, and cosmetic enhancements. Adherence to clinical safety, hygiene protocols, and professional ethics is essential in delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining the clinics standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to understand individual needs and medical history before recommending suitable surgical or non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on patient consultations, clinical assessments, and aesthetic goals.
- Perform a variety of plastic surgery procedures, including cosmetic enhancements, reconstructive surgeries, and body contouring interventions using advanced surgical techniques.
- Maintain strict adherence to clinical safety standards, hygiene protocols, and surgical guidelines to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.
- Manage preoperative and postoperative care, monitoring patient progress, and addressing any complications or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with clinic staff to coordinate patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and treatment documentation.
- Keep detailed and accurate medical records for all patient consultations, procedures, and outcomes to support quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients regarding procedure benefits, risks, recovery times, and care instructions.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques and aesthetic treatments by participating in continuous education and professional development activities.
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and professional guidelines related to plastic surgery practice.
