- Handle and supervise construction processes of HSNDS under the supervision of Head Administration.
- Responsible for payments and audits of all construction works.
- Responsible for all transportation related matters.
- Procurement of Office Furniture’s.
- To supervise maintenance of Mills.
- To assign duties to company drivers, sweepers and office boys and keep check and balance on them, Manage their leaves, attendance on regular basis.
- Managing staff sitting plans in all departments of HSNDS according to the requirement under the direct orders from the Company Director.
- To communicate with procurement department regarding all purchasing of construction material.
- To look after company vehicle maintenance.
- To ensure Administrative SOP's within Mills Premises.
- Any other task assigned by the Top Management.
