- Well erase with the Export Markets/ Designation | Quantity & Figures.
- Knowledge about Shipping Lines / Empty Containers Arrangements, Survey Company's Inspection Procedures & Clearing Agents related Tasks.
- Maintain Export Shipments Record with Complete details of each E-Forms, From Approval to Realization.
- Cable to manage Export Laws Compliance with applicable Laws & Company Policies.
- Correspondence with Warehouse Teams for loading/unloading Import/Export Cargos to ensure seamless Services.
- Develop Customer Bank & Make Good Relations.
- Must have knowledge to develop Costing’s & Payment Mechanisms.
- Supervision of Export-related Logistic Documents & Payments.
- To coordinate with bank, shipping companies, clearing agent, transporter, inspection companies, fumigation service provider in-order to smooth work of operation & exports without any delay.
- To responsible to do planning with operation department regarding arrangement of inspection, results of inspections and up to loading of containers & timely shipments.
