Managing and maintaining Director’s schedules/diary.
Preparing reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software for the Director, Managers and staff.
Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Preparing agendas and make arrangements for meetings.
Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. Greeting visitors and determining whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Taking meeting minutes when requested.
