Job Description
We are looking for a competent Executive Assistant to Director. You will be the one to organize and maintain the Director's schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Manage all administrative affairs for the office of the Director act in an executive capacity on the office’s behalf and to be an extension of the Director as needed both internally and externally.
Plans, coordinates and ensure the Director’s schedule is followed and respected.
Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Director, with other units, departments and staff.
Taking meeting minutes when requested.
Managing Calls, Preparing agendas and make arrangements for meetings.
Manages the petty cash & billing for the Executive Office.
Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the Director, some of may have organizational impact.
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting and acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitates the Director’s ability to effectively lead the company..
Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. Greeting visitors and determining whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Must have Excellent English Written/Verbal Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Must have a pleasant and groomed personality.
Knowledge of Accounts/Finance/ERP is a plus.
Relevant Experience of Manufacturing Industry is a must.
