Job Purpose:
To manage and lead the ERP team, including the operational and technical sides of the ERP. Advising and discussing Business, operational and technical strategies with the CFO to achieve the functional goals of ERP to maximum.
Job Description:
Advise and discuss SOPs, ERP strategy, translation business strategy , operational and technical strategy with CFO.
Lead overall implementation process in collaboration with implementation partner, keeping in view the requirement and business environment.
Coordination with CFO for designing operational strategy, linked with business, technical, operational strategy and ensure its implementation.
Liaison with department heads to change their misconceptions and beliefs about SAP implementation through counseling and coaching.
Supervise quality of training provided Business1 users to enhance their skills in using and benefiting from SAP.
Supervise and authorization of customization requirements on the basis of business logic and help technical staff in implementation.
Conduct system audits to identify deviation from defined practices and take corrective measures.
Periodically review application controls.
Periodically review quality and usability of new as well as existing reports added in SAP.
Supervise year end accounts closing activities by performing defined checks and immediate troubleshooting.
Reviewing the Authorization conducted by ERP operation specialist of user rights while keeping in view users job role and requirements.
Liaison partners with implementation department to arrange for new licenses for employees as required and recommended by ERP specialist and operation after discussion with CFO.
Planning the Hardware required for ERP workload and backup strategy.
Maintaining the Hardware redundancy to ensure minimum downtime.
Reviewing the reports prepared for database health, server audits, user activities logs and appropriate action as required.
Monitoring technical and operational ERP team to Identify new features offered by SAP, evaluate their utility for HSNDS, prepare financial feasibility for acquiring them and report to Chief Financial Officer.
Conduct quarterly meetings for setting / reviewing / revising KPIs and KRAs of his subordinate staff. As well as conduct time to time performance monitoring sessions (as & when required).
Perform Performance evaluations of immediate staff on quarterly basis.
Developing department staff through formal and informal coaching, counseling & mentoring sessions.
Conduct final (technical) and (operation) selection interview of staff needed to be hired in his department.
