Haji Yaseen & Sons is seeking a proactive Marketing & Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Forecasting, Lead Generation, and Sales Strategy Development. This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills and at least two years of relevant experience. The Marketing & Sales Executive will lead and manage a team of five professionals, driving sales initiatives and fostering customer engagement to achieve the companys revenue goals. This position demands a focused individual who can develop and implement effective sales strategies while maintaining strong relationships with clients to support sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies that align with the companys objectives and target market.
- Manage and lead a team of five sales and marketing staff, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluation to ensure team success.
- Generate quality leads through various channels and convert these opportunities into successful sales.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough sales forecasting and analyze market trends to optimize sales plans and inventory management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and customer service, to enhance overall customer satisfaction and product promotion.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and present insights to senior management to inform decision-making processes.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and other sales activities to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- Continuously update knowledge about industry trends, new products, and emerging sales techniques to enhance personal and team performance.
