- Supervise all housekeeping staff including supervisor and attendants
- Responsible for cleanliness and gardening of the University
- Ensure proper duty roaster of all housekeeping staff
- Follow housekeeping plan and policy for cleanliness
- Coordinate with procurement for materials regarding housekeeping staff
- Make all housekeeping plans to ensure cleanliness
- Cleaning of all offices, classrooms, seating areas, washrooms cleaning, cafeteria & all areas of University
- Ensuring cleanliness of University & uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct
- Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory maintaining Excel Sheet of same
- Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of student satisfaction
- Recruit, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members
- Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged of housekeeping equipment
- Manager should provide daily, weekly and monthly report to higher management
- Make sure that all cleaning supplies are appropriately labeled
- Reported any unusual happening on the floors and in the public area concerning students and employees
- Reported any missing items and eventual damage done by the students immediately Principal
- Coordinate and follow up schedule of the classrooms for deep cleaning. Ensured regular Pests control/fumigation procedures.
