HalerSoft is seeking a skilled Digital Marketer with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts ranging from basic to advanced levels, with expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager. This role requires full on-site presence, reflecting the companys commitment to collaborative teamwork and effective communication. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve measurable business outcomes. A successful candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions. Along with technical capabilities, the candidate should possess a creative mindset with keen awareness of social media trends and emerging digital marketing practices. Meeting daily and monthly marketing targets is essential, requiring a proactive approach and excellent time management. Although this role does not involve team management, the candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign implementation aligned with HalerSofts goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking and traffic.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize social media marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook using Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics to report on campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content creators to generate engaging digital content that aligns with marketing objectives and current trends.
  • Manage and track digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet marketing goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new digital marketing trends and consumer preferences to keep campaigns relevant.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as sales and product development to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of online marketing technologies and strategies.
  • Ensure daily and monthly marketing targets are met by planning and executing timely and effective campaigns.
  • Evaluate competitive landscape and adjust marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
