- Halersoft Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, developing and managing innovative digital marketing campaigns aligned with our marketing and business objectives; producing meaningful KPI dashboards and delivering weekly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insight and plans for improvement.
- The role also requires conducting conversion optimization consultancy, with the aim of improving efficiency in the company’s digital marketing strategies to increase the ROI.
Responsibilities include:
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
- Developing and leading digital marketing campaigns
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
- Designing the campaign concept, storyboard, and related documentation
- Developing jaw-dropping content for presentations, videos, blogs, newsletters, etc.
- Delivering campaign conversion KPI’s and strategies to improve the ROI
- Developing and driving overall brand value, engagement and market share gains
- Analyzing data to identify problems and/or opportunities
Job Specifications:
- Bachelors in Journalism, Media, Design, Marketing, Psychology etc
- 3+ years digital marketing, branding and campaign management experience for US businesses
- Strong exposure in delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads and social media application
- Deep understanding of web analytics (experience with Google Analytics and Omniture a plus)
- Experience with bid management tools and 3rd parties
- Experience in conceptualizing, creating and launching new campaigns
- Creative thinker and problem-solver
- Strong analytical, aesthetic, communication and problem-solving skills
- Compelling and efficient copywriting
