Leading IT company located in Pakistan is looking for a Business Development Representative who can hunt and bring leads related to IT projects. The job will be commission based. The Job of the BDM would be to get new opportunities in terms of IT development projects for clients who are willing to outsource their projects. Job Type: Commission
For every successful IT project that is matured the BDM would be paid 15% of the profits from that particular job. It can either be basic salary+commission or purely commission based depending on the performance.
