  1. Day to day delivery of hands on HR support and advice to the designated management teams to retain, reward and develop our staff.
  2. Support management to assess staff related risks in the organization and ensure that any employee relations matters are resolved in a timely manner, with minimal disruption and cost to the business.
  3. Ensure management are maintaining daily, weekly and monthly deliverables relating to staff compliance through data reporting and analysis and supporting with action plans as required
  4. Engage with the management team to ensure that the organization structure is fit for purpose and there is clear accountability and responsibility for all job roles.
  5. Analyze performance reviews and support management to plan   for organizational growth through succession planning and  employee development.
