About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development professional to develop, deliver and improve L&D courses for our UK operation and our PK office. This post is based in Lahore, PK. Training will be delivered virtually (UK) and face to face (PK), itemising a blended learning model.
We are looking for:
L&D Officer will be responsible to develop L&D courses which include the following:
- Company induction training, company vision,mission, values and culture training.
- Functional training; Functional training will include social care and health care training.
- IT end-user training.
- Customer services skills.
- Management training.
- Functional training; Functional training will include social care and health care training.
Requirment:
- This position will suite a well organised and experienced L&D professional qualified to a Master Degree level with professional training qualifications.
- 2 years plus of hands on training developments and delivery.
- A high level of fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Competence in full training lifecycle including needs analysis, lesson planning, material development, training delivery and assessment is mandatory.
- Administration experience of Moodle VLE (or similar), MS Office and other associated training software is required.
- Training and HR related data analytics will be advantageous.
