Currently we are open to hire a ‘Software Implementation and Delivery Manager’ to manage full flow of software implementation delivery lifecycle for multiple on-going and new projects including:
- Managing the team of functional and technical projects engineers/ consultants and ensure their optimal utilization.
- Charter a comprehensive project delivery plan with deliverables and timelines and ensure its compliance.
- Gather and understand Client’s Requirement with functional and technical aspects.
- Managing the process of Documents preparation, determining, approving best solutions against client needs and ensuring the consents of clients are obtained.
- Mapping solutions with software features and assigning respective responsibilities to available resources.
- Assisting the functional and technical engineers in implementing the best solutions to achieve the client goals ensuring excellent delivery experience to clients.
- Unveiling hidden areas through proper communication bridging between Projects Delivery Team and Client’s office during system setup
- Managing Data collection and loading procedures
- Managing User Acceptance Test (UAT) Sessions
- Managing Clients Training Sessions
- Managing Support
- Ensuring the delivery of the successful project.
- Client satisfaction.
