An established Travel and Tours company looking for Sales Executive who can:
Jobs description:
- Communication with travel and tour agencies, corporate clients for UAE visas through our online platform.
- Communicate with Corporate companies and non IATA agencies for their airline ticketing requirement, using our online portal and also offline systems.
- Should be able to sell our holiday packages and also market them to the target market as assigned by the management.
- The Sales Executive will also be responsible for driving sales through leisure customers (individuals, FITs and groups)
- Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales targets and sales calls from visiting travel agents and corporate on a regular basis and utilizing telephone based selling approaches.
- Handles inquiries with regard to product, pricing, order expediting, customer relations and complaints.
- Ability to multi task and to solve customer problems, takes inquiries, and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks.
- Required to pay close attention to details, reviewing, adding, or deleting comments necessary to process orders, sending acknowledgements with notification of order changer or per customer request
Requirements:
- Graduate (Ideally in business discipline).
- Should have basic understanding of travel and tourism sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be results-oriented, creative and energetic.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- English/Urdu speaking Added Languages will be an advantage.
- Experience with B2B and B2C markets will be preferred.
- Valid driving license and own transport.
- Monthly salary plus good incentives will be offered to the selected candidate.
