NOTE - Office Location: Bahria Town Lahore

Job Role: Provide support and services for day-to-day effective facilitation of administrative office tasks.

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the directors.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, contracts, memos, invoices, reports, moms, and other documents to ensure smooth operations.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation as required.
  • Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of executives and take notes and record moms.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the company, reviewing contents, determining importance, summarising, and directing the communication appropriately.
  • Performing office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, basic bookkeeping, and accounting.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned by executives.

Skills required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and exceptional time management skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with narrow deadlines.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, record-keeping systems, and communication protocols.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office and basic accounting principles.

Required Qualification:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of project management is essential.
  • Previous experience in the construction/ Estate development industry will be a plus.
