A leading Freight Forwarding Company is looking for a full time or part time experienced accounts officer who can handle overall accounts of the company. The candidate must possess at least 5 years’ experience along with a proven track record of successfully handling accounts. Candidates having experience in logistics and freight forwarding industry will be preferred. Those looking for a long-term relationship will be given priority during the selection process. Salary package will be decided upon interview as per candidate profile and experience.
- Must have basic accounting knowledge and must be good at Accounting Entries, bookkeeping, Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel etc.
- Prepare, manage and organize all books, records keeping
- Manage all banking affairs & vendor matters
- Responsible for Accounts & Bank Reconciliation
- Invoice Management and necessary follow ups
- Generate Daily business reports
- Data entry of all business transactions and ensure necessary documentation.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Director (if required)
