Job Responsibilities
- The employee will be responsible for managing overall branch and general administration activities
- Supervising employees' work, providing direction and clarification, as needed.
- The employee will monitor inventory of branch stock and the requirements of new stock
- The employee will be responsible for bank deposits/bank reconciliation
- The employee will be responsible for financial transactions by entering customers account information
- The employee will be responsible for all customers documents
- The employee will ensure that office supplies and utilities are available all the time
- The employee will prepare all documents for bank payments
- The employee will plan, budget and execute business requirements
- The employee will be responsible for scheduling of branch staff accordingly
