We're seeking a talented and experienced Booking Executive to join our team! As a key member of our events team, you'll manage event bookings, client relationships, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage event bookings, reservations, and inquiries
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Coordinate with event teams, catering, and maintenance staff
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to feedback
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Maintain accurate records and reports on event bookings and revenue
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in event management or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software
- Fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in event management or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination
- Certification in event management or sales
