• Monitor and maintain current equipment parts and small ware levels.
  • Responsible for processing purchase orders as required, track orders and investigates problems.
  • Responsible for receiving and issuance of HED equipement parts and small wares
  • Responsible for proccessing pf invoices for payment.
  • Ordering of new Local/Intenational restaurant production equipment and equipment parts as per requirement.
  • Responsible for conducting equipment and maintanance audits of restaurants on monthly basis to ensure benchmark standards in all restaurants.
  • Vendor Development for availing alternate and more competitive options.
  • Responsible for assisting in projects to provide coordinated support for installation of equipment and other tasks i.e. Civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, steel fabrication, play area etc.
