  • We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints.
  • You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must have great English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • The candidate must be fluent in English and do not hesitate to communicate with overseas Clients
  • On the job paid training will be provided by the company.
  • Candidate can work in US Time (7 pm to 4 pm) Night Shift
  • Male Candidates are will be preferred
