Experience to ensure smooth and efficient working at sites, Experience in reporting daily to the management on all events witnessed on sites, Good Understanding of Civil Drawings, Experience in Site Survey,
- Responsible for all the site construction activities.
- Ensure work is conducted within the set time schedule
- Handle tool and materials inventory for each project
- Generate necessary reports and present them to the management
- Ensure meeting the construction budget by monitoring project expenditures, identifying variances as well as implementing corrective actions
- Plan the sequence of works, and construction as well as accountability for the provision of materials
- Handle the logistics of supplies at the site
- Offer technical input concerning design, construction or modifications required
- Plan the delivery of needed materials and labor requests
- Provide solutions to the site problems as and when they arise
- Properly control the use of resources at the site and ensure all necessary resources and materials are availed
- Any other tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Should hold a Civil Engineering Diploma or Degree
- At least one to two years of experience in the same role required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of building construction methods
- Basic Knowledge to use MS Word
- Good organizational and planning skills required
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
