Job Requirement:
• Bachelors / Masters Degree preferably in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of sourcing / indenting of chemicals or other related industries.
Job description:
• Relationship management with international suppliers.
• Procurement and Sourcing of Bulk Chemicals & Solvents, Textile Chemicals, Food & Parma Ingredients for Pakistan Market through viable global sources.
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the team by developing the teams' potential and formulating sales plans, forecasts, KPI reporting, and marketing strategy.
• To oversee operations, being a liaison with suppliers, customers, shipping lines, and logistic companies throughout the sales and supply chain cycle.
• To build long-term relations with suppliers alongside excellent negotiation skills.
• Communication with market participants to identify events that could potentially move prices, captures these opportunities, and mitigates risks.
• Maintain close contact with operations, contract administration, treasury, and other areas related to pre and post-trade activities.
• Should have experience in B2B, B2C sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with the clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
