Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Replacing parts as required
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • You will be responsible for installing or upgrading components.
  • Setting up software, assisting with network administration and resolving all IT support issues.
  • To be successful as an IT specialist, you should have an in-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technologies.
  • Must know Softphones installations and totally setups.
  • Must have knowledge of Hardware and software related issues.
  • Call Centre industry experience will be Plus point
