Has Impex is seeking a motivated Design Cold Caller to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in lead generation and cold calling techniques, with a strong ability to engage potential clients and present product information effectively. This role focuses on initiating sales conversations, identifying customer needs, and creating opportunities for the companys design products and services. The Design Cold Caller works independently without team management responsibilities, reporting to sales management to help drive business growth through proactive prospecting.
The Design Cold Caller plays a critical role in expanding Has Impex's client base by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and effective sales prospecting skills. The candidate must be comfortable making numerous outbound calls daily, persisting through rejections, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. Success in this position requires a strategic approach to cold calling, clear communication, and a deep understanding of the companys offerings to tailor pitches appropriately to diverse potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate qualified leads for the design product line.
- Use effective cold calling techniques and sales prospecting methods to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Present product knowledge clearly and confidently to explain the benefits and features of Has Impexs design solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities to support sales tracking and reporting.
- Qualify leads by assessing potential customers needs and readiness to purchase, and route leads to the appropriate sales team members.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Work independently to meet or exceed daily and monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets.
- Continuously update and improve knowledge of industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape to enhance call quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to align cold calling campaigns with broader sales strategies.
- Handle customer objections and questions professionally, maintaining positive interactions to build trust and credibility.
