The role demands excellent communication and computer skills to manage records and reports effectively. The candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in petrol pump management or retail operations and be capable of driving performance improvements while maintaining a customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the petrol pump to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Lead and motivate a team of 10 staff members, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Handle cash transactions, manage cash registers, and ensure accuracy in financial dealings.
- Maintain inventory levels of fuel and retail products, coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to provide a safe working environment.
- Monitor and improve customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and expenses using computer software.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management.
- Manage conflict resolution and handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate maintenance of pumps, equipment, and the overall station cleanliness to ensure operational readiness.
