The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Responding to customer queries, complaints, and concerns through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers and resolving their issues as quickly as possible.
  • Ensuring that all customer interactions are logged and documented properly in the company's database.
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the relevant department or team for further investigation.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest product and service information to provide accurate and effective support to customers.
  • Working closely with other teams within the company, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively engaging with customers to gather feedback and insights to improve the company's products and services.
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and other performance metrics.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
