Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments.
Set ambitious sales targets and create sales forecasts and budgets.
Define sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure sales team performance.

Team Leadership and Management:

Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Set clear sales targets and objectives for individual team members and monitor their progress.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed.

Sales Operations and Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize the sales cycle and drive revenue growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and customer preferences.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
