· Observe OPD timings of Consultants and allocate empty slots as per work flow.
· Maintain and implement monthly rotation of clinical assistants.
· Keenly observe OPD of every consultant.
· Collaborate with other consultants
· Maintain Clinical decorum.
· Advocate for the needs of our patients and staff.
· Make problems visible with clear action plans.
· Maintain clinical data of every Consultant including Surgical, Lasers and Diagnostic Ratio.
· Share weekly reports with manager.
· Work to implement organizational policies and also manage policies respectfully, fairly, and equitably.
· Observe OT timings of Surgeons and allocate slots as per requirement and work flow.
· Keenly observe usage of Operating Rooms and fill empty slots as per requirement.
· Maintain surgery data of every surgeon.
· Attending meetings and keep minutes.
· Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
· Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
· Participate in the development of department initiatives; contributes ideas when asked on department initiatives and goals that will make a difference to the efficiency and effectiveness of Clinical Operations.
· Establish clear performance expectations and goals, and manage performance to those goals.
· Manage the daily operations and responsibilities to deliver excellent patient care.
· Assist in the oversight of clinical operational strategies.
· Provide the tools and resources required to fulfill expectations.
· Manage staff to establish competencies and proficiency standards.
· Provide frequent performance feedback to direct reports. Prepare and deliver annual reviews and accompanying documents.
· Hold direct reports accountable for successful job performance and work behavior by providing feedback, recognition, and appropriate positive and negative consequences.
· Effectively load-level of work and delegate responsibility to others appropriately.
· Encourage and reinforce employee growth and development.
· Motivate and coach direct reports and staff to produce the highest quality, efficient and cost-managed patient care. Develop his/her direct reports to manage in this way.
· Model professional, ethical, proactive, and positive leadership.
· Ensure objectives and goals are specific, measurable, action-oriented, realistic, time-bound, and are aligned with the mission, vision and operating plan.
· Ensure objectives and goals are communicated with those tasked with their completion.
· Participate in community initiatives, including marketing, to enhance service lines.
· Set expectation and model high-level customer focus with patients, and as staff.
· Participate in staff development, process improvement, systems effectiveness, and operational and business development efforts
