Should have an experience of 3 to 5 years in the relevant field
Qualification:- Minimum qualification should be B-com, should have an experience of at-least 3 years
- Filing of Corporate Returns, Forms A, 29 and all other relevant forms with the SECP, preparing minutes of the meeting, share certificates and should know how to Incorporate a company,
- understanding of Companies Ordinance, 1984 and Companies General Rules, 1985.
- Preparing and submitting SRB Return, Sales Tax Returns and withholding statements
- understanding of laws with regard to Sindh sales Tax Act, 2011, and Sales Tax Act, 1990
_ Understanding of Income Tax laws, should know how to make income tax return and accounts with regard to it.
