Necessary processing of the information received from the property/information extracted from the system.
Performing substantive procedures on relevant areas as per the objectives laid down in audit work programs
Maintaining close coordination with the relevant personnel of the property for the information needed for Internal Audit purposes as defined in record requisition/or requested verbally from time to time.
Maintaining close coordination with staff and carrying out necessary discussion considering specific audit objectives.
Writing the audit report for the observations highlighted along with the recommendations and get these reviewed by the team lead.
Carrying out special assignment/assisting the senior in special assignment in line with the designated duties/responsibilities.
Assist the audit in-charge in maintaining sufficient and appropriate audit evidences and keeping the same in an orderly and efficient manner in audit working paper file (hard copies/soft form, considering the nature of the same).
Assist the Audit In-charge in final meeting at the completion of field work and presenting audit evidences/information, where needed, during the discussion.
Preparing the necessary approval documentations for travels/hotel stay etc. And coordinating with relevant staff.
Maintaining office documents/records in suitable files.
Performing any other job/work as assigned by Head of Internal Audit/Assistant Director Audit/Manager Internal Audit.
