Key Responsibilities:
· Assist HR Officer in monthly payroll and HRIS system.
· Issue documentation for new hires.
· Maintaining office files.
· Maintains records of all employees birthday.
· Maintenance and handling of employees file.
· Performs any other duties assigned by the management.
· Preparing confirming letter.
· Preparing annual increment form & evaluation form.
· Preparing salary sheets.
· Processing apprenticeship documents for apprentices.
· Issuing monthly probationary (Evaluation) form.
· Preparing the Social Security form for registration.
· Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
· Recommend training and development systems
· Implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
· Perform any other duties assigned by the management
