- Manage and process all documentation to/from the Contractors, Consultants, and vendors related to establish commissioning and hand-over procedures in consultation with the QA/QC Manager.
- Ensure proper storage of documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Prepare and maintain records of documents issued and received.
- Receiving, dispatching, and filing of all technical and non-technical documents in and out of the office.
- Manage the control, distribution and filing of documents and drawings according to established procedures and other instructions from the Quality Manager.
- Compiles and arranges all the Project Quality documents as required.
- Ensures that all inspection records are complete.
- Processes all incoming and outgoing project documentation and correspondences through the document control system.
- Maintains a master document register on a project.
- Creates an electronic and hard copy register of documents.
- Responsible for printing (AO, A1, A2, A3, and A4) stamping documents (Date and Purpose of Issue).
- Responsible in uploading/downloading of drawings, documents, submittals, letters, etc.
