· Process and route incoming and outgoing mail including all communication to and from Corporate Office.
· Annual training plan in coordination with department heads based on training needs identified for staff members and organizational aims and objectives.

· Prepare presentations for Head of Learning & Development
· Organize the training programs in property arranged by corporate office.
· That the office telephone/address books are kept up to date.
· Facilitate the written communication of instructions, information, views and correspondence

· Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
