Electrician / Technician

Electrician cum Technician job is available in Lahore for a leading manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should hold a DAE in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as an electrician or maintenance technician (industrial or construction).

Electrical or Electronics Engineering job role is to read and interpret electrical drawings and to use testing instruments such as multimeters and clamp meters.

Job Responsibilities:

Electrical Installation & Maintenance: Install, inspect, and repair wiring, lighting, control systems, and electrical panels. Maintain and troubleshoot electrical circuits, motors, and industrial equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems.
Technical Support: Diagnose faults in mechanical and electrical systems and carry out necessary repairs. Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines and systems. Support other technical teams in the maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
Safety Compliance: Follow all electrical safety procedures and company policies. Ensure lockout/tagout (LOTO) and other safety practices are strictly followed during maintenance. Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or near misses to the supervisor immediately.

Skills:

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of industrial machines, motors, and control panels.
Understanding of preventive maintenance and basic mechanical systems.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
