- Support the HOD, HSSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the departmental objectives are met.
- Provide support to Project, ops ex and Operations team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
- Support the HSSE Manager in ensuring HSSE compliance and perform regular HSSE audits in the area of business operations.
- Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSSE related matters.
- Ensure training, meetings, and drills are implemented as part of company HSSE program, i.e. emergency response plan, etc.
- Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Incident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the HSSE Manager.
- Track and provide regular HSSE performance reporting to the Departmental head.
- Assist in the development of projects, EHS procedures specific.
- Conduct HSSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
- Ensure all worksites are HSSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
- Assist in ad-hoc HSSE tasks/projects as required
