Hassaan Travel is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional skills in travel booking systems and itinerary planning, complemented by a strong background in customer service and sales and marketing. This role requires proficiency in Global Distribution Systems, specifically Galileo and Amadeus, and fluency in Arabic, Urdu, and English. With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience, the candidate will act as a crucial liaison between clients and travel providers, crafting tailored travel solutions that meet client needs and expectations. The Travel Consultant thrives in a collaborative team environment and delivers exceptional customer experiences with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
The consultant's daily responsibilities include managing bookings and reservations, handling client inquiries with dedication, and maintaining detailed records within Customer Relationship Management systems. This role demands a meticulous and organized approach to planning travel itineraries, ensuring accuracy in all transactions, and leveraging multilingual communication skills to serve a diverse clientele. While this position does not involve team management, it requires effective coordination and communication with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Galileo and Amadeus Global Distribution Systems efficiently to book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel components.
- Develop customized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences, budget, and schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure the best rates and service options for clients.
- Apply sales and marketing techniques to promote travel packages, upsell services, and achieve sales targets.
- Communicate fluently in Arabic, Urdu, and English to assist a diverse international clientele.
- Stay updated on current travel regulations, trends, and destinations to provide relevant and timely travel information.
- Assist clients with visa requirements, travel insurance, and other essential travel documentation.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle billing and payments accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Manage last-minute changes and emergencies with professionalism and efficient problem-solving skills.
