Job Description (Brief)

  • Data Analytics and HR Budgeting and Reporting.
  • Assist in defining an equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that is aligned to our strategy and business goals
  • Prepare work sheets for Increments, Promotions and Bonus cycle as per bank policies and reports to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders in conducting salary survey to gather salary benchmarking, compensation review when required & assist in designing a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations and market practice.
  • Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports.
