- Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees
- Troubleshoot/analyze computer systems to identify and eliminate performance bugs and hardware malfunction
- Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage
- Organize and file documentation and instructional guides for computer hardware
- Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as date of completion

- Experience with Cloud, Server, VOIP, website, IOS and Android Application Management
- Ensure the security of an organization’s IT database by performing backups and updating security protocol
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
- Maintain a detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them
- Collaborate with programmers, developers, and designers to achieve set objectives
- Bachelors in IT a MUST and 2-3 years of experience
- English proficiency a MUST
