Job description:
- Greeting customers over the phone
- Delivering appropriate action for each call by answering their questions, completing a sale or transferring the call to a specialized department if necessary
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained following the company’s guidelines
- Attending training to stay updated on the product or service, company policy changes and improved methods for handling customer inquiries
- Following company procedures to determine if the customer’s query can be resolved immediately or if it needs managerial assistance
- Using provided software to complete orders and update customer’s information for company records
Requirements:
- O-Levels / Matric or above
- Excellent verbal English communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic Salary: 25,000 + Attractive commissions
- 3,000 Extra allowance for female agents
Timings: 08:00 PM - 05:00 AM
Location: Lahore
Interviews will be conducted between : 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
