As the Head HR Business Partner at JazzCash, you will be a key driver in aligning human resource strategies with the company’s business goals. This role involves understanding and addressing people-related challenges by working closely with HR teams and Centers of Excellence. You will engage regularly with People Managers and employees to ensure effective implementation of HR frameworks and boost employee engagement. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will lead transformational initiatives that support the organization’s long-term people strategy and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful implementation of COE frameworks throughout the organization.
- Identify people challenges and develop comprehensive employee engagement plans to address them.
- Take full ownership of HR processes within the business unit and consolidate HR solutions.
- Lead transformational projects that align HR initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Conduct visits to regional offices to gain insights into business operations and workforce dynamics.
- Define business requirements and align HR priorities accordingly.
- Integrate HR strategies into overall business planning to support organizational growth.
- Manage employee relations in accordance with company values, code of conduct, and legal requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in human resources.
- Proven background in the financial services sector, preferably within a commercial banking environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated business acumen, negotiation skills, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Skilled in MS Office and HR analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and concisely.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think beyond conventional methods to drive business and people success.
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and able to lead impactful discussions.
- Ability to foster a positive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement and aligns with organizational values.
